A Bit of the Red Death

As a plague ravages the country, Prince Prospero hosts a masked ball in his labarynthine estate. Surely, the Red Death is a problem for the outside world, not him and his friends. When an unknown guest appears, dressed tastelessly as a plague victim, Prospero decides to chase him down and throw him out. 

Inspired by Edgar Allen Poe's The Masque of the Red Death. This was an entry for the 1 Bit Game Jam 2025.

Current build is a prototype. Known issues:
