The Golden Bowl - prototype
Your favorite recipe blogger, Ellie Voss, just posted that she's closing down her blog, The Golden Bowl. You noticed something weird in her last post though, something that kind of looked like... a cipher?
Well, you've got a free afternoon, you've got a hobbyist cryptographer site for reference, you've got a color filtering browser extension for if your eyes get sore, and you'd like to know if there's something more to why The Golden Bowl is shutting down. Time to get sleuthing!

Love this! Great job. I couldn't do the third puzzle, I don't know why but nothing I tried got to anything useable, so I had to guess it unfortunately. The rest was great though!
Oh, that...took a turn. A really good one, too.
I didn't find the cryptography terribly hard (but I've been solving puzzles like this for decades), but kudos for working the text in so seamlessly. (One slightly misspelled word which is actually a Caesar shift? Impressive!)
I played the game with my friend and got the secret page. I was not familiar with cryptography at all really but I still found it super fun and interesting! It was a really unique mechanic how the whole game was in a web browser.
